Capitol Police in the Community
Holiday Project- "Warm Your Heart by Warming a Child"

This year Capitol Police along with the Legislative Police and many state employees contributed to our "Warm Your Heart by Warming a Child" Holiday project.  With the coordinated effort of the US Marine Corps and "Toys for Tots" program, many coats, hats, scarves, blankets and new toys were given to needy children in the Carson City area.  Nevada Peace Officers Association gave a generous cash donation which added to the great success of our annual Holiday project.
